Bump the yard development dependency from 0.9.43 to 0.9.44 in Gemfile.lock. Yard 0.9.43 was a transient patch release quickly superseded by 0.9.44; picking up 0.9.44 keeps the dev toolchain consistent with what was merged to master via dependabot PR #128.
